John passed away last Monday at age 75. There will be a memorial on December 9 from 1 to 4 pm at the Reeb Mortuary on Main Street in Sylvania. One of the memories I have of John, who was forever kindly and congenial, and who espoused principles of peace and socialism, was his bringing John Michael Durback to some of the earliest NWOPC demonstrations after 9/11.
