Chris Hedges never gives voting advice that I can recall. Yes, his message is very dark indeed. He says there will be just two alternatives, tyranny or revolution. I don't think he imagines that any voting strategy will save us. I do like Chris Hedges' writing, but he's gotten a bit too "dark and depressing" for me. He's fallen into the Democrats' "you must vote for Biden or it's the beginning of fascism with Trump" pit. It's not becoming to him. As Jill Stein says, "Genocide is the ultimate expression of fascism." So voting for either "red or blue" is a vote for fascism. Terry,Thanks for this amazingly insightful report by Hedges, I read in the early quiet of the house.
