I have tried repeatedly to email Marcy Kaptur from her website, but it never gets beyond the "Address Look-up" page. I tried changing my street designation from "Drive" to "Dr" to "Dr." but doesn't seem to make a difference. Could she have blocked me since I've emailed her millions of times before?
