Hello all I am ok. Thank you so much for your thoughts and concerns. I am so sorry I was so busy yesterday with so many rituals and being stuck in traffic in between . The only reason I walk up after my 3 hours of sleep is that I have an obsessive compulsive roommate that decided to organize her suitcase for the 2000th times at 8: 30 am only 3 hours after myself and the other 2 ladies went to bed.
