Does anyone know what happens to their ships and the supplies they were trying to get into Gaza?

  >> Confiscated and Israeli govt never discloses what happens to the supplies.

Can the lawyers keep the activists from being deported, and the meds and baby formulas to enter Gaza?

   >> No, and no.

Subject: Update on Flotilla Participants

According to information available to date, Adalah's lawyers arrived at the port yesterday at 6:00 AM, where all the flotilla participants were already present. The lawyers observed that their morale was high and they were in good health, despite the fact that no food or water had been provided throughout the day.

The hearings began at 2:00 PM and continued for 15 hours. Very few participants signed the request for immediate departure, a procedure that expedites the legal process. Failure to sign this request results in the detention of participants for 72 hours (three days).

On Friday morning, October 3, 2025, all the activists abducted from international waters by the occupying state were transferred to the Negev (Ketziot) Prison in the Negev desert, pending their deportation. Ketziot Prison is located between Gaza and Egypt, approximately 30 kilometers from the Egyptian border. Adalah's lawyers are now heading to the prison to visit all the detained activists and check on their health and morale.

It is expected that diplomats will be able to visit the participants today, as these consular visits receive priority, which may require the lawyers to wait for permission to meet with the participants.

According to information received from the Spanish and Italian consulates, Israel has proposed deporting some of the participants by air to Madrid and London. However, this option is unclear, given that most of the participants outside the European Union do not have Schengen visas. Therefore, the most likely scenario currently appears to be deportation via Tel Aviv Airport for delegations from countries with which Israel has diplomatic relations. Deportation via Jordan or Egypt is being considered for delegations from non-normalizing countries, with a clear operational plan in place.

It should be noted that Adalah's lawyers were unable to meet with all the participants yesterday, as some were treated without legal representation. The procedures were strictly enforced and supervised by the Israeli police. Two Israeli ministers visited the participants, one of whom was Ben-Gvir, and the other a woman.
