Translating Trump's threat of nuclear war against Russia using "two submarines"

On Friday, President Trump made a serious threat to start a nuclear war against Russia, warning that he had ordered "two submarines" to move to locations from which they could launch a nuclear war.
Trump is an illiterate who doesn't even understand the message he has sent the Russians. The Russian government is starkly aware how he set up Iran in June for a pre-emptive decapitation war by Israel and the US, which dropped 14 of the largest nonnuclear bombs that exist on Earth. Trump lied to the Iranians that he would not go to war nor allow Israel to do so while the US and Iran continued to negotiate. So the Russians view this lying liar of lying liars as very capable of touching off a pre-emptive nuclear war to completely destroy Russia.
Consider what "two submarines" can do.
Each Ohio Class submarine carries 20 Trident 2 D5 ballistic missiles. Every one of these missiles can deliver up to 12 nuclear warheads to 12 widely-dispersed targets. They have a striking range of up to 4,000 miles. So "two submarines" can deliver 480 thermonuclear bombs on, say, the 480 most populous locales in all of Russia. The entire Russia land mass is completely within range of "two submarines" located a few hundred miles offshore.
Since Trump made his statements, the Russian military has been sifting through masses of satellite and other data to identify any unusual submarine movements. If they find evidence of that, Vladimir Putin and his dark warlords then must decide how serious our dark warlords are about starting a nuclear war. Russia's nuclear response policy says to fire off their nuclear weapons at us -- everything they have in a totally committed nuclear war -- the instant they believe we are about to use ours.
Cyber technology makes hair trigger responses intensely possible and greatly multiplies the consequences of a mistake about enemy intentions. Trump is an illiterate with the power to determine the fate of the planet on a senile moment's whim.
