CAIR Responds to AI-Generated Video of ‘Trump Gaza’ with Netanyahu, Musk, Golden Statute of President

The 33-second video begins by showing images of devastation in Gaza and goes on to present computer-generated images of a future Gaza featuring skyscrapers, sports cars, yachts, bearded belly dancers, Elon Musk eating, and a child carrying a golden balloon of Trump’s head,

In the video, Musk also dances under money falling from the sky and children celebrate under money that’s also falling from the sky. A high-rise “Trump Gaza” is shown, as is a giftshop featuring golden Trump figurines. There is also a giant golden statue of Trump himself in the middle of a highway. The video ends with Trump and Netanyahu drinking shirtless on the beach.

Trump's social media video garners pushback from Arabs and Muslims in U.S. and Gaza

In a statement, CAIR said:

“Displacing millions of Palestinians from their homeland and launching a U.S. occupation of Gaza was a crazy idea and an absolute non-starter for the Muslim world, which is why President Trump conceded last week that his proposal is just a recommendation that he will not try to force on the region.

“If President Trump is serious about pursuing peace, he should stop posting AI fantasies of a Gaza filled with idols of himself and start pursuing the establishment of a free and independent Palestinian state, including Gaza.”

Earlier today, CAIR called on U.S. and international medical groups to speak out after a new report outlines the far-right Israeli government’s torture of Palestinian healthcare workers in Gaza.

Earlier this month, CAIR joined 70 national, regional, state, and local civil rights organizations, civic groups, houses of worship, and faith-based advocacy organizations in sending a joint letter to President Trump urging his administration to abandon plans to unilaterally control Gaza following the president’s repeated proposed expulsion of nearly two million Palestinians from their ancestral homeland.

"Justin Goldsman’s departure was a necessary step to root out Islamophobia that contaminates our political institutions. Public figures who unabashedly spew racist rhetoric against marginalized communities should have no place in government. Yet, many times we see them remain in positions of influence. We cannot stand by while our communities continue to be targeted and vilified. Goldsman must be removed immediately from the West Orange Human Relations Commission.”

CAIR Government Affairs Director Robert S. McCaw issued the following statement:

“The American Dream and Promise Act of 2025 is a long-overdue measure to protect Dreamers and TPS holders who have made this country their home. These individuals are our neighbors, teachers, doctors, business owners, and essential workers. They embody the American spirit, yet for too long, they have been forced to live in legal uncertainty. CAIR strongly supports this bipartisan effort to provide a pathway to citizenship, and we call on Congress to swiftly pass this vital legislation.”

CAIR Calls on Medical Groups to Speak Out After New Report on Israeli Torture of Palestinian Doctors

In a statement, CAIR said:

“We urge all American and international medical organizations to speak out against the genocidal Israeli government’s systematic targeting and torture of Palestinian healthcare workers, which is just one aspect of its genocide in Gaza. It is the duty of all medical groups – and particularly American medical organizations - to defend their colleagues who are being tortured by a government backed by American taxpayer dollars.”

CAIR Calls for End to Prayer Ban in Dutch Schools

“Religious freedom is an essential component of our global civilization,” said CAIR National Communications Director Ibrahim Hooper. “The Dutch government should immediately rescind its restrictions on the students’ right to worship in school.”
