  Remember the Intermediate Range Nuclear Forces Treaty? The US and Russia disagreed over its interpretation and the US withdrew in 2019 (thank you sooo much, Mike Pompus Jackass) and Russia proceeded to develop the Oreshnek. Watch this video. Five missiles, each carrying four warheads (non-nuclear this time).
