   In its advisory ruling today by the International Court of Justice that Israel's occupation of Palestine is thoroughly illegal, it reached the legal conclusion that Israel has created an apartheid system of governance. found in a legalistic  At pp. 64-65, in paragraphs 223-229, the International Court of Justice concluded that Israel is committing apartheid in its exclusionary bigotry against Palestinians, including the way it manages the border crossings between Israel and Palestine.

   This decision is going to play a big part in students' and workers' ability to fight back against junk "antisemitism" charges. It lends credibility to advocates for BDS in explaining massive violations of international law by Israel. Spread this around to your advocate friends, there is some good legal reasoning and international law citations.

   I've attached the decision so you can read it for yourselves.
