After months of dedicated mobilizing and protesting for an end to the Genocide of Palestinians while the US and Israel continue to carry out their criminal Genocide in Gaza -- NWOPC is joining dozens of organizations and thousands of people in attending the People’s Conference for Palestine in Detroit, Michigan from May 24-26th. We are proud to endorse the Conference and are one of many organizations that have added our name and are mobilizing our supporters to attend.
 
This historic three-day conference will convene student organizers, seasoned organizers, movement leaders, academics, intellectuals, legal workers, progressive organizations, artists and cultural workers, as well as community members from across North America in order to participate in this first ever People’s Conference for Palestine - we hope that it will mark a critical juncture in the escalation and mobilization of the movement for Palestine in North America. We will reflect on our purposes, exchange ideas, strengthen ourselves, clarify and unify our goals, strategies and tactics; and escalate our unified actions for a free Palestine. The 3-day program will feature numerous plenaries, targeted workshops, art and cultural exhibits, and performances. [see Conference website: http://peoplesconferenceforpalestine.org]
