Sherrod could have signed onto humanitarian aid demand, but didn't

Jomana, I just learned that on Thursday, February 1, while we were meeting with Sherrod Brown's aides, 25 other Democratic U.S. senators were signing onto a demand to Biden to urgently force delivery of humanitarian aid in Gaza. But NOT SHERROD.

Please circulate this news to the other articulate people who were on our call, as I don't have their emails.

I now see why there seemed to be a lot of tension and anxiety on the part of Sherrod's minions. They were afraid we would find this out. The very day they were meeting with us, Sherrod could have done a minimal thing to alleviate the genocidal suffering but is so beholden to the Israel lobby that he's completely surrendered any shred of humanity.

Remember, Sherrod signed on with 34 other Senators in October to a letter to Biden to boost humanitarian aid.

Those on this email who know me know that I have a filthy mouth. Because there are so many respectable people in our movement these days, instead of profanity, I'm christening Sherrod "Senator Snollygoster." A snollygoster is a politician
who is guided by personal advantage rather than by consistent, respectable principles. And Sherrod is a uniquely disappointing specimen who might have been re-elected for statesmanship.
