Technicality Could Sink Genocide Case v Israel

Legal experts and analysts weigh in on the argument by Israel on "no dispute" which requires a dispute between SA and Israel over the question of genocide before they can file with the ICJ.

If the judges side with Israel it would not only discredit the ICJ making international law a total farce but would give any country a way to avoid prosecution, just don't respond to an allegation by another country.

South Africa may have given the World Court a way out of ruling that Israel is plausibly committing genocide and must halt its attacks, writes Joe Lauria.
