   The almost completely ignored story these days is the dramatic change in tone of the Biden administration on the Russo-Ukraine war. I'm personally fearful that the war is far from over, that Russia will use its advantage to grab additional territory in an imperialistic bid for more "buffer." Further destabilization could beset Ukraine and Europe and NATO will directly intervene. Can CPA get together on a public statement insisting on immediate negotiations for an armistice and warning that Russia might take a victory lap? Please consider this a request for referral of this possibility to the Vetting Committee.
