I suggest that we find a way to move forward on some action, not simply talk.  Our differences can be made into something creative if we have a good process. I have worked with something called a Discovery Game Process that includes team competition with mixed teams, privacy of team meetings, and remixing of players and judges between rounds.  An incentive or prize can be used to get it started or to invite people with whom we do not normally socialize with.  The process can be very efficient since the goal is simply to find workable ideas, not to get to know or like other people.  Anyone interested in trying this can contact me at jorusuter at gmail dot com.  Please be patient as I do not check this email address every day.
