This looks like the fat fascist's move to destroy the UN and compete with BRICS. And to more easily prompt regional and global wars by globalizing trafficking in weapons as well as advance nuclear reactors to every corrupt government desirous of establishing its own nuclear weapons manufacturing campaign. And to pocket billions of dollars dropped for memberships in his Fraud-a-lago.
