Dear Khani,

In a year like this one, what can we say about Christmas?

How can there be hope for the birth of Christ in a world committed to violence? How can we proclaim the Prince of Peace when the princes of our world proclaim only war? How can we resist apartheid, and genocide, and occupation, and move towards the message of a baby in a manger? How will we respond to the cry of the Holy Innocents?

As a Palestinian Christian devoted to Christ's message of justice and nonviolence, I know that, beyond the question of how to do this work, we must. We must continue our work in 2025, and that work is only possible thanks to your generous donation.

Give to FOSNA's 2024 Christmas Appeal

All across this country, Friends of Sabeel North America (FOSNA) members and supporters must recommit ourselves to freedom for Palestine. We must believe that there are alternatives to the false gospel of militarism. We must believe that, in coalitions and local chapters and churches, we can divest from apartheid and invest in our communities.

And FOSNA cannot do it alone. We need your support today to be a strong Christian voice for Palestine in the United States and the largest single contributor to the important work of Sabeel Jerusalem.

Every Christmas, FOSNA asks you to consider a financial gift. And every year, you give generously, helping our small staff and national network of volunteers thrive. That's why FOSNA is ready for the challenges we face.

We are ready to send hundreds of Christian leaders to Palestine on accompaniment delegations. building relationships between global Christian communities and providing protective presence to partners in the West Bank.

We are ready to bring inspiring speakers to churches across the country, mobilizing communitiesacross the United States to divest from Israeli apartheid, support Palestinian freedom, and act in solidarity with student protesters.

We are ready to educate churches from Syracuse to Sacramento about the conditions on the ground in Palestine, launching resources to Preach Palestine and build connections between US churches and Palestinian political prisoners.

Help us do our work: make your year-end gift today!

This year, FOSNA would like to humbly ask you to consider a stretch gift to support our work. If you usually give a year-end gift of $100, consider a gift of $200 or more. If you already give monthly, consider adding $10 or $15 to your monthly gift to increase vour impact in 2025.

If your financial situation this year means you can't give or give as much, know that we always appreciate vour pravers and volunteer support. The need is great, and your generosity always shines through.

Blessed are the peacemakers. Blessed are those who build, and believe in, a hope that transcends the cruelty of this moment  Blessed are vou.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Kuttab
