This is a very helpful essay, particularly as it emphasizes how the Holocaust is the standard view of what makes up a genocide. Israel's artificial intelligence assassination algorithms will be the heart of their defense against accusations of genocide. Their AI software invariably predicts that a Hamas operative is nestled with hundreds of people who die or are injured as "collateral damage."
But it remains to be seen how they'll explain away the over 500 statements by various political, military and celebrity leaders document in Israel which are incitements to commit genocide. A little more difficult for AI to explain those away.
