Very few people understand how close we are drifting toward direct nuclear confrontation between NATO and Russia. The memorandum below is an important warning to the Biden Administration that French President Macron's decision to send 2000 troops to Romania to stand by to assist Ukraine is very provocative and dangerous. I urge you to read it. Do so with an understanding that generations after those who grew up in the Cold War have little comprehension of nuclear warfighting nor that NATO/US and Russia have nuclear weapons hundreds of times more explosive than the largest TNT bombs. And that there will not be anything like a "limited" nuclear war. Read the memo and you'll understand.
