Neither the New York Times nor bbc.com have reported South Africa genocide lawsuit

On Friday, December 29, South Africa filed a petition in the International Court of Justice against Israel, alleging violations of the international genocide convention.
The petition filing was headlining news throughout the Middle East and possibly around much of the planet. There is a contested trial-type hearing on January 11 to attempt to obtain emergency orders from the Court. Israel has angrily denounced South Africa as being a propaganda tool of Hamas.
And more than 48 hours after its filing, there's not been a single mention in the New York Times or at BBC.com about this critical human rights accountability move.
