Dear Colleagues,
Last week, two of the founders of the One Democratic State Campaign — Ilan Pape and Jeff Halper — were in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Ilan spoke and was interviewed by Dima Khalidi at the Lensic Performing Arts Center and the next day at the University of New Mexico. Jeff spoke to a pot-luck gathering and then made a formal presentation at a progressive synagogue. Jeff handed out a brochure about the One Democratic State Campaign that I have scanned and attached to this e-mail. The first page of the brochure includes the following invitation:
I intend to endorse the initiative and encourage you all to consider doing so as well, especially if you are either Jewish or Palestinian.
