Aside from the above, the next phase involves working out program details that Benjamin has been looking to craft with some great contacts through UToledo and elsewhere. As for the action component, I will want to hear back from NWOPC on whether an action/media event will be planned with community organizers on Saturday (or Sunday) at the BP refinery. This could be as simple as a flashmob & proclamation; all depending on community consent, interest, and participation.

Here are the things that the Toledo Chapter of the Association of U.S. Catholic Priests (AUSCP) has planned. We do not know if the Marchers will participate in or take advantage of all of these plans, but they are firmly in place. Michael Dowd presentation. News release has been distributed to local media and e-mails sent to 800 local people.Friday, September 27, sometime. Marchers will arrive in Lucas County. As a courtesy, someone (not AUSCP) should inform Lucas County Sheriff Deputy Don Atkinson, 419-250-3499, datkinson@PROTECTED of the route when it is firmly decided on. Since the Marchers have told AUSCP that they will walk on the sidewalks, no escort will be provided.Friday, September 27, 5 p.m. Supper for Marchers at Helping Hands of St. Louis, 443 Sixth Street, Toledo, Ohio 43605. A request has been made to move the meal to 6 o'clock to accommodate a possible late-running news conference. Vehicles may be parked in the church lot.
